Traditional Hand Cut Roof

GMC Projects prides itself on being able to carry out traditional hand cut roofs on various projects and properties, be it circular roofs, up and over straight roofs, mansard roofs, dormers for rooms within roof and loft spaces. We have been fortunate to have had the correct and traditional training through our peers, either passed down through the generations or being fortunate enough, and having the pleasure of employing, traditional time served and indentured Carpenters.

These Time Served and Indentured Carpenters have taken the time to pass on their skills to the various apprentices and tradesman we have, within our company organisation. We are able to quote on various roof styles, if you are able to send approved plans to GMC Projects, either by post or PDF file in an attachment on email, we will endeavour to offer a fully comprehensive quotation, taking into account all of the architect's or designer's details to ensure Building Regulation Approval.

Where the requirement is to supply materials and labour for the roof works in question, we always ensure that the timber used is from an approved supplier, FSC- Forest Stewardship Council, PEFC Chain of Custody and the BM Trada Certification schemes of which GMC Projects are a member of BM Trada.
